This is the profile of a wealth investor, international in 24% of cases, who seeks quality assets and experiences in keeping with that wealth. Ventura Yachts, the official Spanish dealer for Ferretti, Pershing, Riva and Itama, targets this same profile. That is why Sophiq Properties has begun a collaboration with Ventura, to be presented publicly for the first time at the Palma International Boat Show 2026, from 29 April to 2 May.

Mortgage lending rose 33.4% year on year and more than 600,000 sales were completed, 12.3% more than the previous year. Engel & Völkers' 2025-2026 market report, published this week, confirms what we had been seeing on the ground: the cycle is not over; it is reorganising.
