No. Sophiq Properties is an owner-operator: it buys the properties and sells them in its own name. That means there is no intermediary between you and the owner, and a single firm answers for the property from the first viewing to the handover of the keys.
Sophiq operates in Madrid’s four prime districts: Salamanca, Chamberí, Retiro and Chamartín. We don’t buy or sell outside those areas, because our selection criteria depend on knowing the street, the building and the block in detail.

No. All viewings are arranged in advance, because the properties are empty and you are always accompanied by someone from the team who knows the home, its condition and its history. You can book a viewing by phone, WhatsApp or through the form on this page.
Yes. A significant share of our buyers live outside Spain, mainly in Latin America and Italy. We work in Spanish and English, run video viewings and support the purchase process remotely, including the NIE, opening a bank account and powers of attorney.
It is how we hand over most of our properties: a blank space, free of architectural interference, with no imposed layout. A pure starting point on which you decide the layout, instead of inheriting someone else’s. The transformation is optional and comes after the purchase.
